Can I customize my order and how?

Absolutely! Every item I create is a custom made one of a kind piece, made just for you! 

We will discuss design plans after our consultation, if you decide to book your bouquet.

How do you get my bouquet and how do I get my completed order?

A detailed email will be sent with instructions once your order has been placed. However, in short, you can either ship your bouquet to me if you aren't local or drop it off to me if you are local to the Dallas / Fort Worth, TX.  

For an additional fee I offer pickup & delivery services within a 15 mile radius.

Is my deposit refundable?

Unfortunately, no. Once your deposit is received it is used to purchase products to begin the process of making your custom piece. All deposits are non-refundable.

What is your return policy

I do not accept returns on custom made orders. If a product arrives damaged, please send an email with a photo of the damage so we can decide the best course of action.
